Sweet potato fries have become a staple in my 30 day Autoimmune and Gut Healing diet, I make them at least once a week. I love making sweet potato fries because they are delicious, easy to make, and are great leftovers. Sweet potato fries are very versatile, I can have them as a snack or as a side dish. Sweet potato fries taste amazing and contain a lot of vital nutrients. Sweet potatoes are packed with nutrients such as vitamin A, vitamin C, manganese, vitamin B6, potassium, copper, fiber, and antioxidants. Since I bake the sweet potato fries in a little bit of olive oil and some spices, instead of frying them, they are very healthy. This recipe is incredibly adaptable, so have fun and get creative with different seasonings!
