Private sessions allow students to cultivate and enhance their yoga practice. I will guide you through a unique, fun, balanced, and supportive class specific to your needs. Whether you are looking to increase flexibility, balance, strength, endurance, mindfulness, self-love or compassion I have the skills and techniques to fulfill your needs.

Meditation |
In this 30 minute session, I will guide you through a themed mediation of your choice. We will focus on awareness of your body, breath, and mind. This session will reduce stress and anxiety, cultivate mindfulness and presence, improve concentration, and much more!

Therapeutic Yoga |
Therapeutic Yoga focuses on health and wellness on all levels of your being including, physical, energetic, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Before the session, we will discuss the specifics of your health condition. Then, I will create and guide you through a 1 hour session based on your needs. Techniques will be specific to your condition but may include: yoga poses, restorative yoga, somatics, meditation, mudra, therapeutic breathing exercises, yoga nidra, mandala drawing, body mapping, etc. This custom yoga session is designed to manage or improve health conditions such as low back pain, high blood pressure, diabetes, anxiety, etc.

Yoga Nidra |
Rest and restore with a custom 45 minute yoga nidra. We will begin with somatics movements and breath exercises to prepare your body for rest and relaxation. I will guide you through a step-by-step mediation through each layer of your being to provide relaxation and healing at each layer including the physical, energetic, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies. You will explore a deep rest where true healing and transformation occurs. Allow yourself to experience much needed deep relaxation and tap into new sources of energy.

Kripalu Yoga |
Whether you are a beginner or an advanced student, Kripalu yoga accommodates all levels. In a 1 hour session, you will experience a complete and balanced yoga class including mediation, breathing exercises, warm ups, postures, and a relaxing shavasana. Kripalu Yoga means compassionate yoga, and this style of yoga allows the student to decide the depth of the posture that is right for their body in that moment.

Posture Clinic |
Whether you are looking for special attention to master a challenging pose like headstand, or you are looking to perfect a fundamental pose such as down dog, this 1 hour session is perfect for you! We will start with a meditation to clear your mind, warm ups specific to the posture you would like to work on, and then we will practice the proper alignment and techniques for the pose you chose.
