I am Emily Barry. I am very passionate about yoga, mindfulness, health, fitness, and integrative medicine. I have experienced many benefits from having a consistent yoga practice. Some of those benefits include increased: tranquility, optimism, motivation, flexibility, strength, confidence, energy, body-awareness, and positive body-image.
I have practiced yoga for over 4 years. In June 2016, I went to Kripalu for my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training. In July 2016, I went back to Kripalu for a 250 hour Integrative Yoga Therapy Teacher Training. I am a Yoga Alliance certified instructor. As an instructor I bring my compassionate, supportive, fun, and enthusiastic personality to every class. I am currently taking private clients for meditation, yoga therapy, yoga nidra, Kripalu yoga, vinyasa yoga, and restorative yoga.
