Fall is quickly approaching, which means it’s the beginning of hot tea season! I love drinking a warm cup of tea on a crisp fall day. After drinking a warm cup of tea, I always feel more balanced and grounded. Fall is the best time for tea drinkers, it’s not too cold and there are many delicious fall flavors like cinnamon, apple, and peppermint! These flavors are so soothing and nourishing when the weather starts to get colder. Relax on the couch with a good book or curl up by the window and watch the leaves change color with one of my five favorite fall teas! 1. Hot Cinnamon Spice Black Tea from Harney & Sons
Cinnamon is my favorite fall flavor. I bought this tea in tea sachet form and as a loose tea, they have other packaging options such as tea bags. The tea is incredible in both the tea sachet and as a loose tea. This is the best cinnamon spice tea I’ve ever had. I’ve tried a few loose leaf cinnamon tea blends with orange, but I always come back to this tea. I love the warming properties of the cinnamon combined with the richness of black tea. Ingredients: Black tea, orange peel, three types of cinnamon, and cloves. 2. Organic Relaxing Tea from Chopra Center and Harney & Sons After I tasted this tea at Harney & Sons I knew I needed to buy it! This is a great spiced tea that is soothing and warms your body. The cardamom, nutmeg, cinnamon, chicory and ginger blend so well together. I love drinking this tea before bed, it is so soothing and makes for a restful sleep. Ingredients: Organic cinnamon bark, organic roasted chicory root, organic ginger root, organic cardamom, organic nutmeg and organic liquorice root. 3. Turmeric Ginger Tea from Harney & Sons I wasn’t sure if I wasn’t going to like the combination of turmeric and ginger, but this tea is truly unique and combines really interesting flavors. This is an amazing adaptation of turmeric ginger tea, the apple pieces and hibiscus add depth and brightness that pairs well with turmeric and ginger. Ingredients: Apple pieces, ginger root, lemon verbena, hibiscus, turmeric, beet root, cardamom, nutmeg. 4. Liver Love from Blendbee Liver love is great tea for any season, but the flavors and aroma remind me of the fall. This tea is warm and comforting, which makes it a great tea to drink when the weather begins to get cold. The dandelion leaf, milk thistle and peppermint pair well together and are great for detoxing your liver. Ingredients: Dandelion leaf, milk thistle seed and peppermint. 5. Sippin’ Pretty from Blendbee This tea tastes like apple cider and is great for your skin and hair! I’ve tried a few teas that claim to promote hair and skin health, but this tea tastes great and delivers on their promise. This blend is rich with minerals, nutrients and antioxidants. Instead of drinking apple cider, try Sippin’ Pretty and have the added benefit of healthier skin and hair. Ingredients: Red rooibos, cinnamon, rose hips, eleuthero root, licorice root, stevia leaf and apple flavor. What's your favorite fall tea? Comment below!
